Wild Lilac "Show Bike" 52cm Deal!

7,250.00

This purple pavement/off pavement eater is a 52cm dream machine. Every part is black with bright silver accents, or bright silver with black accents! We even went so far as to miss match the hardware on the fenders to keep the theme going! Never actually entered it into a bike show, but we meant to and would have eventually if we didn’t need to sell it to finance other projects and prototypes!

Seat tube is 50.5 ctc, top tube is 54cm ctc, chain stays are 43.5cm, fork rake is 55mm for a perfect medium trail for riding great with no load, moderate load, or even overloaded!

Hand made in house by us with Columbus .8.5 SL tubes and Henry James lugs. With custom 4130 cromo rack and decaleur. Powder coated, a way better looking in person, Wild Lilac with custom cut Lilac sparkle decal!!

Notice the taillight. It's placed on the non drive seat stay, right next to the modified Lezyne pump, with internal wiring. Both out of the way and subtle, but with the light still being very visible.

This little neo retro black build uses the same NOS Shimano bits I love but in black! NOS 105 9 speed derailleurs and rear hub. Nos dura ace 9 speed shifters. Velo Orange compact cranks, but in black and drillium, their compact bars and wavy fenders too! We tucked a black set of ultralight Pacenti 650bx42mm tires in there, but the bike could easily fit 650b x 48mm too.
Polished no logo Nitto stem, and NOS American Classic seatpost with Brooks cambium saddle. Front hub is a SP Dynamo and the rims are the new Velocity Quill rims, built up by @stoicwheels.

And of course a  Berthoud handlebar bag, in this case the GB 25 in black hooked up with a custom decaleur.

The whole bike weighs in at only 27lbs fully built and rideable with bag, tires, dynamo and peddles.
